when women create sustainable lives,
We create a sustainable world.
BUT THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN ALONE.
WE NEED TO GATHER THE WOMEN.
Do you finish conversations with your closest sisters and think... we need more of this?
Have you read The Hive Agreements and want to live the experiment with the women around you?
Do you want to create a space where women can show up without performing, without being fixed, a space to remember they were never meant to do this alone?
Have you been waiting until you are ready —
For the right time, the right group, the right sign?
This is it.
Something happens when women gather with intention.
We've seen it. We've lived it.
The four of us, the OG Bees, found each other in a circle, buzzing, foreheads touching, eyes meeting. None of us knew what we were stepping into. We just knew something was happening that we couldn't unfind.
From that buzz began a friendship.
From that friendship came agreements.
From those agreements came the book,
And circles,
And the buzz spread...
And now we've put together a guidebook for those who want to gather others in circle too.

Bee Sisterhood HIVE Facilitator Guidebook
This is the guide we have used ourselves as we've led circles… everything we've learned, gathered, and refined across years of sitting in circle with women, distilled into eight weeks you can use right now.

This is for you if:
-
You've read The Hive Agreements and want to live the experiment with other women, not just read about it.
-
You already lead a circle, a community, or a gathering of any kind and you want to weave the Hive Agreements into what you're building.
-
You have one friend, one sister, one woman in your life who needs this and you're ready to be the one who gathers the circle.
-
You feel called to hold circle but have never done it before. You want a clear path to follow.
Your Hive, Your Way.
A Hive can be you and one other woman.
It can be five women or ten.
It can be held in your living room, your back porch, your favorite coffee shop. The size of the circle and where it is held doesn't determine the depth of what happens inside it.
What creates the Hive is the agreements and we have those here in the guidebook along with everything you need to create a circle.

The OG Bees
The Hive Agreements didn't begin as a book or a movement. They began as four women — Sacha Sterling Arpaia, Amber Kuileimailani Bonnici, Jennifer Brown, and Nicole Fox — who found each other in a circle and decided they wanted something different. The Hive Agreements were born from their own commitment to each other: to stay in honest relationship, to stop doing life alone, and to build the kind of sisterhood they had always longed for.
What started between four friends has grown into something far beyond what any of them imagined.
Together, The OG Bees are the founding stewards of the Bee Sisterhood, a global movement devoted to creating harmony through sisterhood, sacred belonging, and sustainability.
Their work has reached hundreds of thousands of women worldwide.
They built this guidebook from the inside out. It is the guide they have used themselves as they've led circles. What changed their lives is now in your hands.

Somewhere, a woman is waiting for the circle you're about to create.
She doesn't know it yet.
Neither did we, once.
We hope you'll join us.
Come BEE just as you are.
Blessed Bee,
The OG Bees
