About Bee Sisterhood
The Bee Sisterhood is a community of women committed to creating harmony for ourselves, each other, and the world.
Our mission is that every woman creates a sustainable life, so together we create a sustainable world.
We do this through sisterhood, sacred belonging, and sustainability, what we call the Holy TriniBee.
The Bee Sisterhood is guided by bee wisdom and the Hive Agreements, foundational teachings that support women to live in harmony without self-sacrifice, comparison, or depletion.
The Way of the Hive is not about fixing ourselves or the world. It is about remembering that we are already sacred and whole, and choosing to live in alignment with that truth.
Together, we create harmony.
The OG Bees
Sacha Sterling Arpaia
Sacha is the founder of The Devotion, a global sanctuary for spiritual empowerment where women harmonize with the frequency of their vision and live as devoted co-creators.
A Master Empowerment Coach since 2010 and host of a top-ranking podcast, Sacha has guided hundreds of thousands of women worldwide. Her signature frameworks—Spiritual Attachment Style™ and Vision Mantra™—blend mysticism and neuroscience to support energetic sovereignty and aligned manifestation.
Sacha lives with her husband and three children on their Texas homestead and believes Heaven on Earth is a frequency we choose and practice together.
Amber Kuileimailani Bonnici
Amber is an International Bestselling Author, Award-winning Artist, and Founder of Woman Unleashed, a global creative community devoted to helping women reconnect with their creative spirit so they can live with purpose, joy, and freedom.
She is the author of Creativity Unleashed: A Woman’s Guide to Unlock Flow and Finish Your Creative Work. Her artwork has been featured at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, and her work has supported hundreds of thousands of women worldwide.
Amber currently lives in Kailua Kona, Hawai‘i, with her husband Tony. She is mom to two grown sons, Sage and Bodhi.
Jennifer Brown
(also known as Feather)
Jennifer is a guide in self-love, self-acceptance, and embodied expression. Known among her sisters as the priestess of permission, she creates spaces where women feel safe to be fully themselves—emotion, truth, and all.
An independent hairstylist for over 20 years, Jennifer is the creator of the Ritual Haircut, a healing modality that supports release and transformation through self-adornment. She also works as a self-love coach, using color, clothing, and presence to help women reclaim their beauty and worth.
Jennifer lives in Southern California and thrives in transformational spaces.
Nicole Fox
Nicole is a leader in functional and integrative medicine with over two decades of experience bridging science, soul, and systems of care. She holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology and is known for integrating clinical expertise with intuitive wisdom.
She is the co-founder of an integrative family medical practice, founder of a consulting firm supporting visionary healing businesses, and Chief Operating Officer of the Personalized Lifestyle Medicine Institute, where she helps educate hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals worldwide.
Nicole lives in San Clemente, California, with her husband, twins, and three dogs.
